Firstly … please remove your email address ( for your own safety) and if you reply to the ticket with the info asked for then Blizzard should be able to deal with it.
This needs to be through a ticket - not a response to an email. We don’t work through emails. Also, I’ve removed your personal info - not a good idea to have that on the net.
i do get an email from every hacked ticket i feel out with blizzard. they keep telling me the same thing. to change my email. i did and repeatedly sent it back. also how can i change my info when i can’t access the account?
Are you sending the requested info in a ticket? Do not respond with a reply to the email, you need to put that info into a ticket. You can reference the request, certainly - but it won’t be received through a reply email.
this is wrong. never give them your password. they do this to people and steal your account. it is dishonest. that is why you need an authencatior. go buy one. then they can’t steal anymore. people have been framed.
They no longer sell the physical version and stopped producing them many years ago. The mobile authenticator is 100% free and I greatly prefer it over the physical one that I used to have anyway
