World PvP balance is an absolute joke. Sure have the racials be super IMBA, I get that if I re-roll, I can have that. Fine.
But leaving Horde severely outnumbered for 3 xpacs in a row is ridiculous.
Every single war crate since dragonflight is like 10 alli vs 3 horde. The only real option for Horde is forming a raid and crate farming.
was this really the design? blizz wanted us to form a boring raid groups just to fly around the map and stomp anyone who shows up and then compete with other raids where there aren’t any epic battles they just change their rotations to different zones.
It’s like ridiculous why even had add a new world PvP zone if it’s going to be completely imbalanced and neglected? Don’t make people form giant raids to farm crates - how is this acceptable?
Why not just give every node a chance to drop conquest or something why ruin the already terrible crates further especially when its SUPER boring to do. its like just give us free conquest at this point or buff random bgs so its equivalent to crates… Or at least give horde an resource buff so they aren’t severely disadvantaged. Give us a like a scaling honor/conq bonus based on population proportion. Or add a stacking debuff where if you fight for 10 crates you automatically get a reward…

I agree with your point, but this isn’t about world pvp design balance.
It’s about server and shard population balance. But yea, they don’t care about either one. It’s take it or leave it unfortunately. Wow has shown they have zero capacity to communicate, and there’s enough proof over 20 years that you can’t depend on anything from them. So at any given moment all we can do is unsub if we’re not having fun and hope enough people do the same that it forces them to investigate. Because staying subbed and complaining sure as hell doesn’t accomplish anything.

They could give Horde better buffs based on the server war mod population. They could, but they wont
I would expect a buff to world rewards and stuff, even for honor and conq, but I by and large do not want them to balance war mode in any other way. This is the sandbox fun crazy game mode. I want it to stay that way.

No sane MMO would ever try to balance PvP based off of world PvP. Lots of the SoD posters kept requesting that. But na. PvP has never and will never be balanced on WPvP or balanced on 1v1 PvP. Didn’t they post a long time ago maybe in a Q&A panel like 10_ years ago that they mainly only wanted to focus on balance for 3v3 PvP, aka end game arenas.
Its warmode and its never gonna be fair. THE ONLY THING they could add that would make it more fun would be makgora and loser gets kicked off warmode for X amount of time. If you want balance play rated
