Also, my memory is failing me but can someone verify that after you leave a BG you re-appear at the battlemaster no matter where you were when you entered? I honestly can’t remember. That doesn’t seem right to me though.

I think that was EARLY in the BG implementation, like before the Capital City Battlemasters existed stage. It might have persisted for a while after that, but not very long after that IMO.
