This just happened to me on my rogue last night. Absolutely game breaking and completely ruins rogue in PvP. I Vanished at around a 10 yard distance from a mage at the beginning of his fireball cast and he never even dropped target. He saw me just fine through it and completed his cast which had a good 2 seconds left on it. Ridiculous.
