Yes and they have done that a LOT. They don’t care about people’s feeling of progression though so they can and will adjust things regardless. They have proved that time and time again over the last 6 years.
I have zero sympathy for a multi million dollar company that adds new problems (borrowed power) on top of existing problems (class balance).
It’s why I do not agree with people who behave like “Hey feel sorry for Blizzard they can never win in Class balancing it’s so hard”.
The only people I feel sorry for are the devs who get told to make changes and have no creative control.

I don’t know why people keep saying that they don’t feel sympathy for Blizzard, this post is to shame Blizzard for adding so much borrow power on top of classes that aren’t fully balanced.
That’s exactly why people are saying this.
People requested Blizzard to stop adding borrowed power when it was clear that existing classes were not balanced.
