Arcane’s nerfs were warranted. Maybe not to the degree they were executed, but they were warranted.
I main frost mage and when comparing logs, For comparable gear I was doing equivalent or greater damage after playing the spec for a day, parsing 15-33 percentiles lower than with frost. Yes, I played the spec 15% worse on the same fight and did the same dps. That’s absurd.
But hey, frost mage had all of the fun of the spec ripped out of it and is back to glacial_spike.exe spam.
