The Dottie advertisement movie that plays on the Beta client is causing a 100% usage of my GPU. It happens on multiple machines. The only way to avoid it is to get off the WoW game tab or minimize the client. You’ll need to either optimize the GPU usage or remove the movie advert and use a static image advert like the non-Beta client uses. I pretty much have to uninstall the Beta client at this point because this issue kills whatever system I play on.

Definitely make use of the forums! But I wanted to point out that if you’re using the new Blizzard Desktop App beta, you can actually provide feedback and report bugs directly from within the app itself.
In the top right, you’ll see a Lightbulb icon. Clicking on that will bring up a menu with some options:
- I like something
- I don’t like something
- I have a suggestion
- Report a bug
Feel free to use these too if you want to submit stuff to the team working on the app. It’s a little more convenient and hopefully helpful!
