Garona’s lineage has changed over the years. First she was half orc and half (either draenei or human) then it changed to the other so it’s confusing.

I think you’re right though, Garona is half spacegoat who fell in love with a human.
Idk really as it’s been changed since her character has been created.

i was watching a youtube of someone working with a female orc npc for…fangs of something. i think it was legion rogue artifact weapon. anyway, the fem orc confronts the leader of SI:7 at the entrance to sw. he actually calls her a half breed cause she’s apparently part human? i guess? i was shocked. i thought humans being racist was isolated to the days of arthas and even earlier, the orc internment camps we rescue thrall from. it irritated the heck outta me that he said that.

Long story. That was Garona, a very famous and very infamous Half orc half draenei assassin who is most well known in the lore for having killed King Llane, Varian’s father. So among humans she is particularly infamous.

Then later we find out that Shaw had actually been kidnapped and every time you saw him that was a Dreadlord in disguise, likely including then as he was nabbed before the broken shore assault.

Not to say Shaw couldn’t insult or be racist at Garona, he does tend to hold a grudge and let his anger flare at times, but in this case it was a demon in disguise.
