There were Kul Tiran pirates (the Fogsail I think) that allied with the Horde in Tiragarde Sound
It makes no sense for them to have anything other than green or gold. All of them have green eyes because they where corrupted a lil bit by all the fel energy around them. Now they are corrupted with the light from the purified sunwell that they are bound to.
That said red eyed Blood Elves would be sick.
The sunwell is arcane and light magic.
Not just light.
(Observation): Fel Corruption can only be over-written by being saturated by another form of energy, such as the Light. Blood Elves turn into the Wretched when they become too inundated by arcane magic. Ergo, Blood Elves could not become saturated enough by arcane magic to have their fel green eyes over-written by arcane blue, without becoming Wretched.
The obesrd amount of retcons and contradictions.

Draenei being retconed into the same race as Eredar
Space travel (previously outworld was an alternate dimention, not another planet)
Dalaran getting destroyed then retconed that it never was.

Am I taking crazy pills or didnt they already confirm blue eyes for blood elves in SL customization? Did they change their mind recently?
If this were true then why arenât orc Paladins and priest running around praising the light for cleansing them of their demonic corruption.
The opposite of arcane is fel as Chronicle dictates.
The only things that would likely end it is it thet made all the High Elf NPCs Void Elves or took them out of the game. People seeing those NPCs gives them hope that someday Blizz will add them. Allied Races fueled that fire.

(Commentary): Because the Orcs, like the Broken Draenei, were cut off from being able to wield the light by the Red Mist that was weaponized when they were committing genocide against the Draenei on Draenor.
(Query): What does that have to do with the fact that when Thalassian elves absorb too much arcane magic that they become Wretched?
No ahe wasnât she choose to leave. She was absolutely not removed because of the purge she left Dal because she couldnât stand to allow the horde back in.

They said no blue eyes. Those are NPC options. But then they have teal eyes that arenât marked. Only the red, purple and black eyes are marked as NPC options. So drama!

Blood Elves joining the Horde was not a retcon. A retcon undoes previous canon. It is still true that when they were High Elves they made a pact to pay back humans for helping them fend off the Amani Trolls. They fulfilled that promise in the second war. They stayed after they were Belves until being forced out. That is still all part of the history.
It isnât arcane based though it is do to plain overconsumption⊠thatâs why we can see felwretched.

(Observation): Fel Wretched seems to be a product of Fel being removed from Blood Elves in large quantities and short time spans. Again, it doesnât have anything to do with over-consuming arcane magic resulting in them being turned into Wretched.
