I mean there’s what, maybe 10k people who actively play arena? Not a small number, but we are so far down the list of priorities that I’m surprised we get anything

When I was a kid, blizz couldn’t get it wrong but as an adult…they can’t get it right.

During a season of shadowlands they didn’t implement the conquest boxes onto vendors for a few weeks because they thought they had already done so, but it was to the ptr.
Oh, well. Hopefully boxes and uncapped conquest soon. 
Would take a hungry game dev / design intern over an over worked burnt out spread thin senior any day.
Wait seriously? Season continues to die an agonizing death.

Only 2 more weeks until my Shadow Priest has a full (non-optimized) season 3 conquest set. Much fun grand design huge engagement Blizzard!!

I think Blizz might be doing the Diablo 4 model.
They hastily pump out an unfinished game with tons of Hype, make all of their profit up front, then are off to work on the next cash cow. First month all the D4 players realized that there was no end game, was just a fancy levelling experience, and 90% quit the first month.
The next expansion after dragonflight is already finished, they are now working on the game after the next expansion. Its one of those be happy with what ya got, because thats it, no mo lol.
