Blizz? Is something going to be done about the missing PVP NPC?

I can’t turn in my “Something different” quest and I can’t upgrade any of my world pvp drakebreaker gear? When is this going to be addressed Blizz?

They removed her to address a bug with the gear (something to do with being able to throw it on the AH). I haven’t seen an eta to resolve it.
