You will likely not be kicked out of Blizzcon for supporting the HK protests. The player was banned due to making political statements, as that was the rule they signed and agreed to.
I’m sure the same thing would have happened if it were someone supporting other political campaigns on the stream 
-It’s not just the Hong Kong situation in specific, Blizzard simply doesn’t want to be involved with these sorts of things.
