The punishment was reduce because the player and announcers broke ToS, and were wrong in using it as a political spring board and putting someone neutral in front of the SJW firing squad. They also saw the their Chinese affiliates were in error, corrected it and admitted that whole thing could have been handled more delicately.
It’s an acceptable compromise for all involved and your wanting to subjugate and humiliate Blizzard more is not a just reason.
