There’s no official statement other than “RANDOMLY CHOSEN” but at the moment… You’ll see a good chunk of streamers, addon creators, and raiders who’ve cleared Naxx content. Of course, there are exceptions and people genuinely are randomly chosen but just significantly less so at the moment.
