need to just actually fix looting for lfr, if you have a higher track you shouldnt be able to need on it even if its bis , trinkets and the rare / very rare loot can stay the same rules cos you always needs trinkets and rare stuff but every other slot if you have a higher track you shouldnt be able to need loot on it.
they need to make it so anyone that hits xmog roll on it can win a cosmectic item granting that xmog and then people will stop needing for xmog as well
