I have been consistently noticing that when I use blink while stunned it doesn’t work. I don’t have shimmer. Anyone else?

Blink has been messed up for awhile… When I blink out of traps, snares, stuns, whatever… the trap comes along with me and I’m still trapped, defeating the purpose of blink 
If this is how blink is going to work, then gray out the button and not allow its use during these events.

It’s also bugged on some boss fights, like in the first one at Dawnbreaker: when she starts rotating those purple beams, you can blink through it but you will still take damage
