Raid times are listed below. Some times as a collective group if we are close to kill a prog boss we may use a couple hours extra to kill a boss

Raid loot is RCLOOTCOUNCIL - 3 Officers decide the best option for loot to our raiders. We use a droptimizer for every raider to back our decision with numbers and sims. We try to keep up to date on all loot possibilities. Performance, Bis pieces for certain classes and guild activity based on a tracking system from wow audit. Help distribute loot to those putting in the work to get better.
This is a competitive raiding environment. Raiders are expected to do their best to gear while in raid and M+. We require 4 M+ 20’s minimum a week for vault. Most Raiders do 8. Majority of our players are above 2600 IO and consistently run M+. So if you’re just a mythic plus fiend this is the right place.
During prog and reclear we pride ourselves on the lightened mood of raid. Good vibes means having a good time.
Our main roster will always consist of 30 players. People will always be subbed in and out depending on fight and which classes ease the process of the kills. Everyone will be included in reclears of the raid to obtain the 9/9 Mythic. Also certain coms perform better.
As we develop as a guild we could possibly make changes in the future to become more competitive possibly more days or another raid team.
As an organization we just began our journey. At the start of Dragonflight. But we have great players and an awesome team assembling currently. Some of us have been playing games with each other for years and we welcome friend groups. With that being said we are clique and drama free. Leave the egos at the door because we don’t have room for that in Blind.
