I posted last night as had the same issue. TODAY AT approx. 9:20 am it is working as intended , at least for me. Like I said before last week I did it on another toon and it worked as intended. Last night it did not. Today it now is. Give it another go. Report if you still have problems.
As of midnight, 12/1, I was able to complete this quest on my BM hunter. Spawned 2 mobs then 3 then the final boss. Worked as intended.
This quest is too hard. I canât kill the last ghost, and have tried on and off for two weeks. I am a casual and this game needs our money to run. We are the people that buy the wow tokens to sell on auction, so the âget goodâ spergs can purchase more game time-instead of spending their disability check.
Figure it out blizzard. I had no issues with the quest up to this point. I donât want to make this game a secondary MOS. I want to play through the storyline-not bash my head through it. GYST.

It is rather simple to complete that kill depending on the character you are leveling. The hardest I have had so far was my mage. Havenât taken my priest there yet.
I am having the same problem every time I get half way through the last ghost it smacks me hard and doesnât register any of my hits on it.
