Could be on a 1 week cooldown. Since you are enhancing the magical qualities of an item, it could cost enchanting mats. If its on a weekly cooldown, it shouldn’t cost more than 5 expulsom. The max item level could be lowered. To improve items above a certain threshold, it could require the void focus.
Blacksmithing Is really lame right now. Everyone knows this, but there’s like nothing you can make that’s actually relevant to the game in 8.3, except something that takes like a million expulsom. Expulsom is a dumb mechanic.
