The chains on the 1-h sword and the 2-h mace are bugged and disconnected. The cloth belt art is also bugged, at least for lightforged dranai.
I can confirm that it is not a race-specific issue and that gear is also affected by the bug.
As of November 24th, It appears that this stuff is now fixed.
