Looks like Windows 10 and your AMD drivers are both a couple of versions out of date, try updating those to the latest version.
The latest version of Windows 10 is 21H2 (Build 19044) and you should be able to download that through Start → Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update
The latest AMD driver for your RX 560 is Adrenalin 22.7.1 Optional from 07/26/2022
