…yeah and all those bots out in deadwind pass back in 2005 were just there for fun
That’s why them finding these things is a good thing. It’s like the Lockpicking Lawyer exposing garbage locks. Or hackers exposing huge flaws. Through their actions, these products get better.
This guy is my hero because he’s one of the few who actually grasps why just because prices are inflated doesn’t mean you just take away the raw gold farms.
In order to ever bring down inflation blizzard needs the money that was farmed to be spent. Far too much raw gold was farmed and will continue in circulation and perfect example is this dude who’s smart as hell and can’t literally control the market. No one can or should be mad at him for doing this because it’s genius and it’s how free markets works in the real world. This is the economy. Now taking away all the “poor” peoples way to make raw gold to compete with inflation is literally the dumbest thing blizzard could do. They have no grasp of economy.
Oh and mind you that gold farmers are capable of playing much much much more than the average player and when they play they are simply farming the entire time. People are applauding this change because they think less spam is better but are to blind to understand that all blizzard did was hurt the average player who’s plays a little bit each week or a couple hours a day and instead let farmers and those with stacked gear and time get more of choke hold on the market.
Guess what the only way to ever ever ever lower prices would be to make all this raw gold go away. Add in serious money sinks
Anyways good job to all who are far and away dumb enough to not realize they just made gold farmers more money with less competition. They are now flooding the market with way more gold than before and best part for them they now have a whole new market of people who can no longer raw gold farm.
