The change to the spawn rate really feels like you’re tainting the lotus market. It doesn’t feel authentic.
I have no problem with increasing the node amount and hiding them from level 1 characters to make it harder for botters.
I do, however, have a problem with increasing the spawn rate. That is a dangerous game you’re playing. I think you should hold off on that change and let’s just see how this affects the prices before you make drastic changes to the supply.
You’re going to end up hurting the health of the lotus market. These were intended to be scarce. Don’t forget that.

Not to the extent that it will offset the higher demand of higher populations. If that’s their justification for changing Black Lotus spawn, then it’s only logical that they do the same with crystals.
So essentially you can’t prove it. Not only that, you cant even prove the extent youve played vanilla. If you showed t3 on your armour then thats a great way to show your extensive experience with vanilla.
Arcane Crystals are farmable in instances, so probably not.

They did that already. Because of the same issue, and the problem resolved itself. Devilsaur leather was made a reasonable price.

Azshara has dreamfoil near lvl 42-45 mobs. Wouldnt be hard for a rogue/druid.
And these are multiboxers we are talking about. They always have escorts.

Define “reasonable”. To me, as long as it meets demand-supply equilibrium then its act the correct price.
Since the population is much higher (higher demand) but the supply is the same, then black lotus should be the price as it is, especially that they make the game so much easier.
BUT if the problem is to preserve “authenticity” then shouldnt we be asking the REDUCE max number of players on a server? It fixes both the black lotus price AND it keeps authenticity too!
