So are the blood elves the humans of the horde?
With all the complaints about how nightborne have appearance issues, stretching a nelf-designed skin over them just makes it 10x worse can give customisation options like the nightborne have without that.
Because people acknowledge Arthas / The Lich King as a villain. We all know he’s a villain. He’s the fallen hero turned villain.
He’s the Anakin Skywalker of WoW.
Sylvanas on the other hand could destroy the entire planet and still have a legion of fans who insist she’s not evil. Which honestly, as each expansion passes, we’re getting pretty close to that.
Worgen customization was just added to wowhead.
Well, that’s kinda what happens when you tell a bunch of fans that she’s not a clear-cut villain and she’s morally gray. I don’t think that’s an audience problem.
So? Give tails.
“An elf with african american skin is a dark elf now” no
Dark-skinned High Elves already exist in the lore, so why not dark-skinned Blood Elves?

Doesn’t necessarily mean she’s black though, could just be the darkest normal elf tone. This was kinda unnecessary (and yellow goblins are just friggin’ weird)
Pfft, I’ll take my black elf.
HYPE!
I might stay horde after all
But no red eyes for Blood Elves? I was looking forward to being able to play a Dark Ranger.
There are red eyes in the files i think. They have not been shown on a model yet.
Oh I was worried for a moment. Hopefully we get undead skins too.
so were orcs drinking demon blood and turning green
Ahahaha the lore has had larger retcons/changes then this. Personally I am all for it if it means the game becomes more diverse/people get a better way to represent themselves.
Just looks like an upgraded Night Elf to me.
Me too. I’m going to make another night elf and use that skintone with the black hair and hopefully amber eyes.
Think there was some datamined jewelry for night elves that mimicked some nightborne ears
