Binding To Hover Heal, Or Damage

Hello Travelers, I’m wondering if there’s such macro I can type into WoW that exists where:

If I’m hovering over a party/raid icon, I will cast a heal to that target. And if I am not hovering over a party/raid icon, I was cast another spell of my choosing.

Let me make a more detailed example:

I’m a Shaman who wants to bind a heal and damaging spell to F. Therefore, if I hover over an ally’s frame, I will heal them, otherwise, I cast a damaging spell to my target (OR ANOTHER heal to that ally.) Thoughts? I feel this can easily be implemented now that we’re in Dragonflight.

Basic Help/Harm Macro

This will cast one spell when mousing over or targeting a friend and another when mousing over or targeting an enemy.
