I never share my age, race, gender online and most certainly not my sexuality. Any of those things, especially the latter, seems highly inappropriate for a place designed for anonymity and equality. Even moreso in a fantasy video game. With that said, it would seem in a company’s best interest to stifle any blatant bigotry for the overall betterment and popularity of the environment they seek to foster. Part of the reason I don’t even like using voice chat online is to protect that anonymity.
