Biggest Winners from Hero Talents?

Looking at warrior/dk hero talents, everyone else should make outrageous demands for their class too.

Defensives from the lens of a PVP warlock:

Can we please come up with something other than a 10% shield when using a HS or 30% heal after using unending resolve.

These are really good early game but lose value rapidly as dampening ramps up.

Note: I’m sure PVE warlocks aren’t super thrilled about these either, they would prefer something they can use proactively.

1. Perhaps changes to Burning Rush, so it is an option in PVP. e.g. can cast on the move when burning rush is active. Burning rush off GCD.
2. Activated Nether Protection in some form that helps a lock against melee train
3. Instant Shadow Fury, Uncapped Howl of Terror.

Most of the hero talents look like super boring passive stuff just like azerite armor. The feint debuff to prevent parries is cool solely for the dbts interactions but that’s about it. Then there’s the blatantly unfair stuff.

MoP classic will be released during this expansion so i’m not really giving it the time of day.
