And it’s already been identified as a bug having to do with the stoneskin totem. There was a Blue post about it.
Look, Blizz has a 1.12 reference. They know the numbers. So what people feel is off means little. Feel free to question things and offer feedback. But once Blizz says they checked and it’s authentic…there’s nothing more to it.
And all the numbers ARE correct, the only bug discovered so far was stoneskin not dispelling properly when it expired. the tiger’s damage was correct on server.
Pack-mobs are always weaker than normal mobs because you HAVE to fight them as a group. same for stuff where mobs are summoned trash fodder (like the Swarmer scarabs). They deal very little damage and require only a tap to kill them usually but can get out of hand if you don’t deal with them or have some form of reflective damage, but on some private servers they have full mob level hp for their level and full mob level damage.
What world are you from when video is presented proving the damage is right, the OG video creator comments on his video admitting he was wrong, and you are still trying to fight the facts?
I don’t understand you guys.
And yes… Attack speed effects damage done per swing. Always has, always will in any MMO that makes any sense.
Im legit curious how many are going to fight this through the facts. Its crazy.
Well the ogre hits for 90 because he is an ogre dungeon boss, well some npcs were like this they did vastly different dps compared to others.
Though it is weird that those mobs were only doing 50 with no armor, maybe 70 or 60.
But who knows what they are unless we have video evidence of the old game with same character doing same thing.
This right here (I was LW too) - those hyenas come in packs of 5 and are weaker due to being in a group. I was hearing this guy out until I saw that part, killing off all but one as evidence of low damage is fake news.
observe WoW Hobbs in patch 2.0 march 2007 (TBC launched January 2007) the lv 38 elite mobs are meleeing him from 2-22 damage. yes he is level 63, and has some TBC items, but the gear he has on is weaker than Tier 3 in terms of armour class. so everyone saying vanilla was hitting harder than Classic was, were probably mistaken and are used to playing P servers that have inflated difficulty to get that “vanilla feel” of difficulty.
