I think wingless fel blood would be good to satisfy many belves who felt something was lost on the identity issue.
On the model customization front they do offer quite a bit.
-horns
-demonic skins
-elongated fangs which can be used for the San’layn fans
-fel cracks
I think that this taps into a theme that is unique enough that it doesn’t step on anybody’s toes and brings back some of that fel usage that made belves have a bit of an edge.

I want more banged hairstyle options for Blood Elves, particularly long ones. I loved the bang hairstyle personally I’m using it on my monk but I really wanna see a version of it that’s much more longer / lengthy, and maybe curls at the tips.
I really in general wanna see some more hairstyles that are long, flowing, elvish, and mystical appearing. Gib me my dream fantasy hair and I might actually update my Illidari model here.

I don’t like the orange gold colour of the accessories. if it was more of a bronzed or a darker realistic gold I may actually use it but the orange gold/tbc bright look is gaudy and I would never.

I like to call Felblood Elves, “Amazing technicolor bird elves.”
I should edit the belf model to make Felblood Elf mockups.
But I could be using those skills to make money. And I like money.

I think if felblood ever become a thing that they should swap the blue skin tone with a pale green skin tone.
The reason for this swap is that I think that one blue skin tone is too close to velf skin tones.
Even better, keep the one blue one and add a green to expand them.

Wow it’s been a long while since I posted in this thread but my wants and desires for lots of new things for Blood Elves still hasn’t changed so lets get started. 
New hair colors including stuff like pink and burgundy and maybe even like a fun green or fun purple color/colors.
New hairstyles including longer styles, racially diverse styles and styles with braids since I see lots of people requesting that.
New eye colors like pink and red or at least the red ones being separated from only being used with the super pale skintone.
New jewelry options because lets face it Blood Elf jewelry options are horrible and the men can’t even use them so being able to have a whole lot of completely new jewelry options that’s useable by both sexes would be a very welcome addition.
New scar, burn, tattoo options because even though they aren’t my thing personally I see them highly requested and that includes both farstrider tattoos and runic tattoos, as well as most anything else that fits under that umbrella for Blood Elves.
New skintones to accent our Dark Ranger/Undead side because really why it was added with only the one skintone instead of multiples when we have seen that Undead has multiple different skintones and why the red eyes are locked to only that skintone when any other eye color can be used on any skintone is one of my biggest gripes and why I’m complaining about it a second time in the same post. Haha.
New theme exclusive to Blood Elves be it light based, fel based or undead based because I would take having more stuff to accent our light side, I would take having more stuff to accent our fel side and I would take more stuff to accent our undead side because legit there’s lots of fun options under the Blood Elf umbrella that could come to players as player options and player customizations to add both uniqueness and lots of fun.

Had a Seething Shore on my Nightborne.
Nathanos proceeds to gripe about no dark rangers. I note that there are, indeed, none. Once we get going, however, there is a dark ranger void elf warrior than absolutely destroys us.
All this proves that Nathanos was right all along and Horde needs more Dark Rangers.
WHICH WE CAN GET IF THERE’S MORE CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR THEM IT WOULD MOTIVATE ME TO ROLL ONE JUST SAYIN’.
(Also I’d kind of like the look as an option for my Nightborne. Though Nathanos aside, he’s perfect and it’s not my fault we got steamrolled.)
I think an ashes of alar style flight form would suit blood elves nicely! Not the exact model of course but a smaller Phoenix with the color effects on the wings/accented throughout the body
I like all of the ideas you posted though, well done to everyone that contributed!

I think my personal desire would be to see the Phoenix concept be their balance boomkin form.
Flight I’d really want to see a Dragonhawk.

A Phoenix Balance form based off of the Arrakoa model like the Zandalari model would be lit 
A Botani based form for Nightborne Balance Druids would also be amazing if/when they get them as well.
