are depressing. I get that Horde are wayyyy better at PvP than Alliance. I played Horde from Cata to Shadowlands. They are intense and communicate, and typically work well as a team in BG’s. Its a pretty awesome experience. At least it was in other version of the game.
Yeah I could switch factions but Ive got friends on this side and im not gonna bail on them. I made an Alt a while back and the idea of losing 90% of BGs to get the honor required to go from rank 3 to 7 just inst worth it at all. SO i had an idea (Please don’t attack me)
Mix the BG pool. Horde and Alliance scrambled vs Horde and Alliance scrambled. Alliance will stop complaining about Shamans, Horde will stop complaining about wait times, and BG’s might feel somewhat balanced. Horde do you really enjoy beating casuals every single time!? I think you need to challenge… yourselves haha.
SoD is for experiments and I think this is worth a try. Opinions please.
(No im not doing STV as they made the honor 4x as expensive and im not playing a 1 shot class)

Yeah honestly add it so both factions que with and against shamans and paladins at this point
SoD pvp is a meme anyway especially bgs so really just do it already, Blizzard -_-
I mean if both factions had access to all classes by default, this dev team would still be completely bad at class balance… Yet they are supposed to be trusted to balance faction specific classes? Pvp is basically doomed to be bad and one-sided at this point
Oh and don’t forget how SoD population is declining and half the horde are shamans now so obviously they are scared to nerf shamans for the foreseeable future so let’s just keep letting this class ruin SoD and pretend it’s okay I guess

I have a 54.17% win rate in ab on alliance over 40+ game all pugs. But then again I average 15 killing blows and 6 deaths a game. Consider this may be a “you” problem

impressive! I think i win 1 out of 10 games during off times and maybe 3 out of 10 games on prime time… I guess I just get very unlucky. Once i had 8 paladins on my team vs 10 shaman on horde team and we got smoked it wasnt even close.
my best win was when we had 6 shadow priests and 2 hunter (me and another guy) and the rest druids, we took all 5 bases so fast it wasnt even funny.

Im talking about all the people saying they are losing the 90%+ games. I think it would fix PvP overall for many reasons. For you it wont be much of a change then, so why not support the solution that helps everyone

Here’s a crazy thought, instead of asking for the game to get easier for you. Why not get better at the game? The entitlement of these people is astonishing. “I cant win because I don’t want to get better, anyway we can change the game up so I can win without having to get better please? alliance should just mass afk bgs tbh faster honor and horde don’t get to have fun after waiting 15 minutes for a queue
Translation: I’ve been carried before, why cant alliance carry my dead weight too?? I don’t have the motivation to get better at this so instead I’ll just post on the forums about how unfair the game is. It helps me cope with the fact I will never get any better at the game.

So, you got bad at PvP when you switched to Alliance?
SoD has been a great seasonal and i have enjoyed it thoroughly. the devs have done a pretty good job. that being said…pvp has never been worse in any version of the game. pvp is utter dog crap in SoD. if my friends were not on a pvp server i would have taken the move to a pve server. pvp is not even worth engaging in SoD.

This is that “I can’t figure it out there fore it sucks” mindset. Such a common expression from the gaming community these days unfortunately. Very unbecoming. Do better gamers. They can’t make pvp easy for you like they can with the raids. Crying about it will accomplish nothing. You have to want to get better at the game. I know its hard to admit but that is the basis of the issue.
People expect everything to be handed to them on a silver plater and they realize pvp is not like that so they come here to cry about it on the forums. It must make them feel better to be around others who also don’t want to get better at the game. So they complain on a public forum about how pvp is lame because they suck at it. The end
What about the people who are good at PVP but still lose games? What’s your brilliant, know it all solution for that?

you cant be serious. you think people are complaining about the pvp in SoD bc they cant figure it out? that is really your take on SoD pvp? not that there are 12 developers working on the project and they havent had time to devote to the pvp aspect of the game? not that its almost the end of p3 and they are just starting experiment with any balancing? not, nothing new pvp wise other than ashenvale and stv has been added at all (which is a shame bc ashenvale and stv were decent additions to the game)? not existing bugs that are game breaking such as the wsg exploits havent been addressed?
so as a holy paladin enjoyer. explain to me what i havent figured out. bc what i have figured out is holy paladin spent all of sod getting nothing but out shown by priest in pvp from start to finish. do you think people just havent figured out how to play healers other than priest? is that what we havent figured out? its not that priest is just so much better than everything else healing in pvp? i also figured out they even forgot to put the holy paladin gear set for pvp in at the start of the p3. help me understand what i need to figure out bud. tell us bud. what am i missing about how fun holy pally is in pvp once i figure it out.
People blame shamans, or map advantage, but the truth is 90% of the alliance’s problems is just a lack of healers (in the games I’ve played anyways). Every pally is ret, priest shadow, druid feral/balance, etc. you can’t win games like that.

You are very obviously a horde player. I’m all for player skill but when the racials, maps, and class balance is off that is only tolerable to the extent that it’s still within reason. With the advent of the shaman being broken op it is not.
