Solo BG dosent gatekeep access, people can play whatever they want to. Not everyone plays what is (thought to be) S tier.
That’s one of my favorite things about blitz and solo shuffle. You can play what you want and they actually have different rating thresholds for titles per spec. It gives the poor specs incentives to keep trying and a bit of spec pride built in and on display.
