That is a real questline in Silverpine Forest. After a few sepulcher quests you head to the coast to help the peons. Each time you add another box to the stack the peon holds they say something along those lines.
I cant even level my undead through silverpine anymore without a surge of rage at the injustice in the world… of warcraft.
