BG Blitz Rating Being sold for up to $2000 on websites

Yes the life time 1600 player with a 20 year old account is an RMT Booster, lol.

You have turned this forum into the wow version of Info Wars. This dude really does think he’s the tip of the spear.

Hidden reply, you know what that means… I miss out on a wise comment, darn…

When ever you call them out on the ““Piloting”” deflection tactic they use, they dont like it one bit lol.

This should be a zero tolerance punishment

If they catch anyone buying or selling boosts, it should be an immediate permaban

People have been selling carries since arena has been a thing, this is nothing new.

That’s for sure. :dracthyr_nod:

Blizzard should harware ban, all Blizzard accounts, and everything associated with them.

A kid cheating is nothing, they deserve a warning and learn to do better.

These are organized adults, causing millions worth of damage to the game. Because every player they discourage and run off does not come back, so the game loses out on that player for years and years… So organized they can afford to have staff comb the forums 24 hours a day to silence anyone talking about it.

Something changed with the report system because used to the Shady RMT folks would mass report and get people banned from the forums. I learned this first hand lol.

This won’t ever happen because they make bank on people having to rebuy game and pay for new sub after every ban

True, for decades they have been selling the glad mounts for 1k a pop, hundreds every season… But it was mainly a high rated player problem, few noticed and did not get in the way of the player base.

Today however with the 1600 gear token for PvE gear, its a money maker, sell thousands upon thousands of token carries. Only whales buy the big ticket items so not that many. But thats why in the lower brackets you are seeing rmt premades… Sure are a ton of past season Glad Mounts running around at 1500 lol.

Thats a good point, but I still enjoy a good Ban Wave, always popcorn worthy to see who on your guild roster is not coming to RBG or raid night lol. Sometimes its a big streamer having a fit on their stream for getting caught lol.

The fact that people pay to get achievements in this game is like someone paying to get friends on Facebook. What’s the effing point?

Hides people, still replies when they post.

Damn dude, get a more productive hobby.

They can boost without needing to queue sync or win trade.
Just because someone is saying they are selling something, doesn’t mean they are.
Just because someone is selling something, doesn’t mean anyone is buying it.

Prestige, they dont care if tons of stranger know they are not legit, in their guilds and small circles of friends they get respect for having a higher rating. When they give call outs in guild RBGs people listen, ohhh that guy has a Gladiator mount so he knows how to help us win…

But mostly its just to be toxic, it gives them a license to be mean to everyone around them lol.

Hahahahaha Got em

HAHA!!! Keywords that get them exited, self play, pilot account, talking about their cost and prices, the Queue system, queue sync, and queue manipulation, theres more…

But you mention certain topics and they swoosh in saying HOLD UP, now thats made up, you are just coping, conspiracies, etc…

Is there an end to your out of touch responses? The boosting market in pvp is massive. Win trading can be debated for sure whether or not boosts are being sold and bought can’t. Now I’m not saying people should use it as a crutch, that’s crap it isn’t holding anyone back but it’s happening.

The issue with deterrents they could try or maybe are thinking about developing, with the small amount players at the top of MMR, get the piloted account enough MMR and win trading and queue syncing is just far easier. Im no where near the top bracket but I may have been benefiting from sold carries as my last 2 Solo BG sessions went really good, maybe even suspiciously good.

We know, if rank1s are piloting specs they are absolute experts at are on our teams, we are likely to do well, even more likely to do well if that Rank 1 carrier has a co-worker throwing the game for the enemy team. While the opposite is possible where the person paid to throw the match is on our team because the piloted account is on the other team.

We know the services are for sale. How do you gather proof of it happening in a particular instance? I wouldn’t even know what could be considered proof. If something looks like gameplay sabotage we can report it. That it.

Well it’s more that why would anyone pay for a boost in blitz, when it would be far cheaper to get a boost in arena? Is there something blitz has as a unique reward that I am missing out on?

I’m no software engineer, but I am sure Blizzard knows whats going on, who is doing it, how to catch them and all…

Patch notes say they are making a bunch of changes to the match making queue system, for the 20th celebration, thats a good start.

I saw that they’re going to try to better the matchmaking system, especially so that specs are not so heavily stacked, where possible without causing lengthy queue times. Without possibly affecting queue times it’s hard to stop many popular specs being in the BG queues available at the time. If 20% of the playerbase at that moment are on MM hunter we will see some of them, if 15% are on Frost mage at that moment we will see some of those. If it ends up being 2 MM per team instead of 3 on a team and 4 on another it would be an improvement.

I would take 2 MM on each team, rather than 4 on one team and none on the other.
I am looking forward to the changes. Hopefully it won’t make queue times much longer and will lead to closer matches.
