I picked up one for 5g, in another raid I paid 20 cause it was the min price on war, I did see it go for 130 in another gdkp. but in like 5 others it went for 15-30g. So ya GDKP was cheaper
I mean, itâs kind of huge that you can get an alternate pearl. The gold price is a huge yikes, but so be it.
Its super easy to make gold even in SoD. 75g is nothing if you just play the game.
Itâs a lot to spend on a single off-spec item.

Is it? They arenât going to be BiS for anyone at lvl 40 are they? And only characters who already have one can see them on the vendor, making this a pure off-spec item.
Maybe Iâm missing something so feel free to correct me if I am, but I canât exactly imagine a world where itâs worth it for anyone to pay 75g for an offspec item that will only be usable for about a week of leveling.
Feels like itâs a pure gold sink and the only people who would be silly enough to buy one of these would be gold buyers who already are used to spending as much gold as they need to for their items.
Which I guess if this is a way to get bought gold out of the economy, props to Blizzard.

Iâve managed to farm over 1000g in Phase 1 ahead of Phase 2. I would still never spend 75g on the off-spec version of a trinket I already have for my main spec. Especially not two days before Iâll be leveling and experiencing new content that could see me getting a replacement/upgrade for free.
Seems like a total waste.
Eh. Theyâre still good at 40. But theyâre not BIS. Youâll use them until you get two raid trinkets most likely. Or 1 + the new PvP trinket.
75g is too much. I get that they are trying to add gold sinks, but this trinket isnât worth that. Iâd agree with the 7.5g price that seems reasonable for what it is.
Either way there will be so many groups running BFD for exp that getting one should be easy. If the WB stacks with Gnomer I personally plan on running players through that havenât done the quest so that they can drop it for my raid team.

Still if you want to toss 75g on a lvl 25 trinket two days before weâre leveling to 40, go for it bud.

Theyâre not meant for off-spec. Theyâre unique now, theyâre meant for someone who just made the wrong choice or is changing specs altogether since as far as we know Gnomer only brings 1 new trinket for each role.
would be a lot more affordable if blizzard added the wow token to SoD

You have to have already earned the pearl to buy it here. You have to be a raider to buy it.
Itâs purely an off spec pearl option. Like, you want to respec from heals to dps? Yeah sure, hereâs a way to help you do that.
