The thing is that if 8.3 was launched in the state it is now it would have been one of the best patches they’ve released in a long time. But because they took so long to fix things like essences , corruption and even the cloak its just kind of too little too late. Its not as bad a patch as 8.2 by any means but were still miles away from it being just plain ‘amazing’ . We’ve gotten no class balance hotfixes in quite a while(fire mages are severely overtuned for every form of content. Tank balancing is a mess and a number of specs are still dog feces) for who knows how long, no good dungeon tuning (seriously KR and SoO have remained this overtuned for this long why? And why is mechagon workshop still this ovetuned with tyrannical? And why is tyrannical still so overtuned in general?)
