Horde camped alliance before alliance started turning wm on. Horde camped alot of lowbies in redridge and westfall. Now tide has turned.
There has never been a single moment of PvP-flagged play in WoW that did not include this.
I am so with you on this. Itâs wrong. They need to get rid of it or give it to Horde next week.
Supposedly, having one piece of 400 Ilvl makes them so OP that no Horde is able to do anything now.
I guess they werenât that good at PvP.
Thatâs utterly ridiculous. Theyâre not mad about it because it affects PvP. Theyâre mad about it because itâs the first week of a new raid, and you canât get 400ilvl gear lower than heroic. We start out with one piece on every member of our raid, and they have to start with none. Not to mention the fact that we get a free 385 because we have Darkshore this week, as well. Many are procâing a 400 from that, as well. SoâŚAlliance has two shots at 400ilvl gear for every single member of our raid groups in the FIRST week of a new progression tier.
Itâs wrong. Thatâs why theyâre mad. It has nothing to do with PvP, and insinuating that Horde players arenât as skilled as the Alliance in PvP is justâŚwell, itâs funny is what it is.
yeah, iâve said this before in a different post. most of the alliance that are turning wm on for the rewards are the same non-pvping idiots that cried when any horde attacked them on a pvp server or initial period when everyone had it on to level to max. theyâre basically free kills until they actually manage to find other decent pvpers and start camping areas.
This is just the new racial advantage for cash tactic.

I only got a cloak if that makes you feel better. I would have much preferred a weapon.
Welcome to what the Alliance experience was like for months before the incentives were added. I would show up at a shared quest area and be outnumbered 5+ to 1 and generally once some âbraveâ Horde stepped forward to attack the entire pack would pounce.
Oh how times have changedâŚ
there is a reason - itâs the bait to get more alliance to actually participate in a feature that initially horde overwhelmed and grieved so many players that a vast majority of the faction wonât even consider turning on.
all you horde thatâs hear crying about the rewards think that every alliance now has wm on just to get this reward; youâre wrong. alliance are mostly pve oriented; a very high percentage wonât even pvp regardless the reward. this is why you cried no one was around to gank and roamed freely with your 10% buff for monthsâŚ
this is basically what it all boils down to. the horde that are here complaining are just jealous theyâre not on the losing end of years long war in battle. years of them grieving players made what wm is today- not some crap thatâs been taking place the past 3-4 months.
If itâs that bad just swap to Alliance.
Thatâs what you told us to do but to Horde when we complained.
this isnât just a pvp game. most players are actually pve oriented. only a small percentage actively pvp a majority of the time.
Why are some of you surprised by this, this is exactly the type of behavior that Blizzard is famous for.
The make it so people are doing something, even if they hate it, to give them stats to justify their next action.
Watch, next expansion there will be Warmode as part of the story, so all players have to engage in it, and as justification for it they will say âsince so many people used it in BfA we figured weâd give everybody the chance to see itâ.
you still got increased rep and gold from it. donât act like nothing was gained from being uncontested⌠the only thing you didnât get extra were the kills and âhonorâ for it.
The theory is: Blizz systems flag the majority faction at some point (probably as close to Tuesday reset as possible) and whatever faction has more WM enabled 120s at that time, the system changes the bonus to the minority.
If true, Alliance will never lose the bonus.
Nope, its a whole new game!
We r competing which faction got less players on WM!!
Winner get 400 gear.
exactly why we donât see it your way. on the US servers, horde rule. i do agree each region should be evaluated, not every single server combined.
I would have thought the system was set up that during the week, the system would recognize how many people had wm on, for any length of time and add it to the overall total.
That way, the whole turning it on for 15 minutes then turning it back off would still cause the overall number to to balance out.
The fact that Alliance still has 30% either means, they are doing it this way or the Alliance wm population is really really that bad.
this actually made me laugh out loud while reading it. just last night, i was trying to complete invasion quests with my add on saying there were up to 26 at a time. stormsong had 59 for hours one day that i can remember⌠only my lock and rogue were able to manage the invasion completion that day.
