I completed the Battle for Stromgarde for the ‘War is Hell’ achievement, but did not get credit. After submitting a ticket, the response was that it looked like a bug and to submit a report

I completed the heroic version earlier because Lady Liadrin is finally up for “Heroic: Tour of War” and “Tour of War” achievements, and I was not awarded credit despite the final boss being defeated. I haven’t had a chance to get another group to try again and see if it was a one-time issue.
This also just happened to me.
