WoD will always be the worst with Shadowlands being a very close contender. WoD had so little content where as Shadowlands was just terrible until the final patch.
BfA aside from Azerite was actually a good expansion. Azerite and the many chores to keep up your Heart of Azeroth up to date (on each character) is what damaged BfA.
And TWW is pretty good so far (could fumble the ball at the finish line so I can’t judge fully yet). But why do you find TWW bad?
