What is your secret? My Turtles and Champs aren't even near revered when all other reps are almost halfway thought Revered.
Used a champions scroll to get 10 rep for every world quest I did.
Prioritised the tortollan and CoA quests every day. Hit revered a couple days ago even though I've had days where I didnt world quest at all.

Yes it does. I main a DK and was worried that they'd forget about it like they did in Legion, but they (for once) did not let me down. Also, do you not have alts? They gain the speed also.

You spent literally half of your life playing World of Warcraft since BfA dropped. I'm sure you don't have to let that sink in, but I sure did. Wow. 50% of your days. If you account for sleep.. Let's say theoretically you slept 6 hours per day because you don't seem like the 8 hour kind of dude, you actually spent 75% of your life playing WoW since BfA dropped. Holy !@#$.
Wait that's just at 120! Doesn't even take in to consideration your leveling time. Oh my lord.
But since we're on the subject, i have been off work for three weeks and utilized my vacation time playing because I going to have my firstborn child in 2 months and will have less time to play in the future.
Maybe you should learn to not judge peoples actions before you open your mouth to insult when you don't even know what is going on in their life.

For me (not human, no rep bonus), I had a contract for CoA - but I got about 6 total CoA ship missions that were: 400 + 450 rep. Or 450 + 400, or 425 +425 (you get the idea; it fluctuated, but the total 200% reward was 850). I never saw a Tortollan rep mission on the ship, but... I did all the Tortollan World Quests that popped. I didn't do all of the CoA ones, but - with the ship, I didn't need them. I also did all the emissaries for Turtles. And when I hit revered on CoA, I switched contracts to turtles.
Also, for some reason, CoA rep missions on ship were double any other rep mission.
ETA: I kind of wanted to get Pathfinder out of the way so I could then level horde side to see the other three new zones without feeling slightly stressed.

Irrelevant. The amount of play time you just quoted is not normal and the game should never be tuned to whatever life style you seem to have that allows you to play that much of the game in that short amount of time.
completed PF1 yesterday. Less than 3 days played at 120 on my main. Maybe 6ish days total. Had 4 day weekend which is probably 2.5 of that. It can be done. Finishing it is not that important. 6 months minimum to flying more likely 12. Chill. And have done every COA and Tort WQ since Day 4 all quests for same and contract as an FYI. Dude, you do realize that this is NOT normal, right? You've played the game for 218 hours JUST AT LEVEL 120 so far.
The game has only been out for 23 days. You've spent HALF OF YOUR LIFE PLAYING WORLD OF WARCRAFT SINCE LAUNCH ON THE 14TH!
That's beyond obsessive and the game SHOULD NOT be tuned according to that standard.

1. 3 games played at 120 and 6 days played leveling is STILL 216 hours. This is not a reasonable amount of game play in such a short amount of time.
2. I have zero interest in reputation grinding for even a single hour. It's just never going to happen. I'm not going to be wasting my time in game on that kind of content.

Currently, I'm a disorganized mess trying to get some WQs done, finish actual zone questing, plus all of the other things like Stormgarde, instances, expeditions, missions, etc.
My primary pursuit is simply gear. Good gear makes getting rep easier, not the other way around. So, I'll chase gear and everything else will just fall in to place.
Just got PF1. Time at Level: 2 days, 9 hours. Total time: 17 days, 8 hours. Now, I'm human, and he's deliberately set up to grind rep, and I have more fun than with a Hunter or a Warlock.
Used Contracts on Tortollans and then Champions, and did all the Tortollan WQ I could find and CoA that wasn't a pain to reach. For the 7th/Warbound, you complete all the quests you can in Zandalar/Kul Tiras and all the WQ you can reach and have time for.
Yes, the rep is tiny for many of the WQ, but remember how you eat an elephant: 1 bite at a time, which is why the Human race helps a lot on this. A lot of tiny WQ will go farther than only doing 3-4 WQ a week for the Emissary, and there are usually 3-4 for a story faction that double for CoA or Tortollan.
Still working to unlock the Dark Irons and prepping Proudmoore (in hopes that they are the Kul Tiran rep unlock), and I haven't started really working on my Horde rep, yet (maining a Demon Hunter on a different server for mobility and utility for that route).
The good news is that all but one or two quest chains in the zones will directly affect the faction for that zone. That's a far sight better than Legion where only a third did, and infinitely much better than Draenor where none of the main story reps were involved at all and was totally dedicated on end game content.

Okay, you apparently do not understand the difference between "Total Time" and "Time at Level". The "Total Time Played" clock started back when I saw the back of a Worgen (now Human) Death Knight standing in front of Arthas the Lich King, which was back in the middle of Cataclysm, if not Pandaria. It included all the Outland, Wrath, Cata, Panda, Draenor (which he was converted to Human to work on that Pathfinder), Legion, and BfA and includes the 2 days of play at level. That is a LOT of time to play in, not just the 23 days from Battle's launch. He also did most of the Argus Content that I worked (I think, my Tauren Druid on Terranus did a lot, too) which would include the 17 days you are whining about.
TL;DR get your head out of your !@#$ and properly parse the statements made.

It does take long. Just because you play an unreasonable amount of the game in a short amount of time doesn't mean that what you have done is anything short of a pathological amount of play time. You're like a gambling addict or alcoholic who may be functional in that they can put their pants on and walk around, but you are by no means well.
