Lets be fair here. You don’t really know why people are not playing. I would be willing to bet for some no flying was the straw that broke the camels back. And the rest of your post is just your opinion. For a lot of people flying actually helps create immersion and allows them to enjoy the world from a different perspective. For some it actually makes the world feel larger, not smaller.
