Please undo this change.
We needed to use this command because the game was unplayable due to the graphic effects without it. We needed to use volumefog 0 to be able to literally see the game.
There are going to be a lot of people come launch day that have the same issue.
edit - for anyone having issues still, search options “shadow quality” and turn it to “high”. that offset the brightness.
