For topic, it’s release order if it’s your very first time. Experience the plot twist the way it was presented.

If it’s rerun, chronological order, no doubt.

People auto-hated Solo because it came on the heels of Last Jedi but it was actually pretty good.

Watch episode 4-6 and then watch episode 1-3. Ignore episode 7-9.

I like watching them in chronological order.

Jokes aside, agreed, it was OK.

I just don’t get why Disney does prequels starring characters they just killed off in other movies. I’m like: “Guys, you had 40 years to do a Solo prequel while the character was still in the universe. Why am I supposed to care now?” So I didn’t bother seeing it in theatres.

I saw it I believe when it wound up on Netflix (before Disney+).

They did the same thing to Black Widow.

This is what I do, Episodes 1-3, then Rogue One, and then 4-6.

Starwars Episode 7-9 is like WoD, BfA, and Shadowlands of WoW… you just wanna avoid them

Solo was OK imo, but I feel it’s versions of Kessel and the Maw were inferior to their old “Legends” versions.

As long as you position watching Ep 4-6 to appreciate watching Rogue One, Solo, and The Mandalorian S1, you’re probably good to go.

Intoxicated is the best way.

Ignore all movies except The Phantom Menace. Then, ignore all the scenes of The Phantom Menace that do not include Jar Jar Binks. Then, watch the movie on repeat for 10 hours straight without blinking.

Then watch the Star Wars Christmas Special.

Watch 4, 5 then 6 and pretend anything after 1983 was a bad dream.

If you can actually find the original, original three. Keep in mind that Lucas was changing those things long before Disney lol.
