Ever since vanilla undead have been groomed to be best warlocks remember the warlock in this?
Many do and they picked undead because of it

It doesn’t matter what the question is, the answer is always druid. What do you mean an Undead can’t be… oh yeah, that makes sense now that I think about it.
All right then. I have created both an Undead sub rogue and an Undead affliction warlock on the Horde said and have found them both fo them so far thematically fitting and fun.
But if I had to choose one, it would be rogue because when I think Undead, I think keeping to the shadows, sneaking around, ect.

For undead race I’ve always liked hunters and warlock. Mostly warlock for the vanilla cinematic wow had in the start.

Really can’t go wrong with any class as undead. I have 4 at the moment, warlock, hunter, warrior and death knight and I love them all.

Undead warlock is such a classic race/class combo that I’m hesitant to race change mine even though I’m not entirely satisfied with how a lot of transmog looks on undead characters
I have a number of Undead… though, honestly, everything goes well with them.
I have an Undead Hunter, that only uses undead pets (undead bears, undead wolves, undead eagles, etc.). The Darkshore Warfront armor is Undead-themed for Horde side, so he has two beautiful armor sets off of that, and last season’s rated PvP mount was a spider which had the Undercity colors on it.
I have an Undead Monk, and I pretend that she was part of the Scarlet Crusade in life. She’s a ton of fun, though they have yet to introduce any cosmetic glyphs which alter the appearance of your summonables; would LOVE to summon a plague cauldron instead of the jade serpent statue, and to change the color of my mists from green to dark purple, to show that I’m healing through shadow mending. Someday…
I have an Undead Death Knight. She’s amazing! And a bunch of the paladin gear and death knight gear looks very “undead.” She originally was a priest 13+ years ago, so I remade her as a DK using the same customization options. Undead Priest is also top-notch because for ages they were part of the Cult of the Shadows (still are?).
I have an Undead Warrior, too. He’s also awesome, and I tend to use only paladin armor on him, to pretend that he was a paladin before he died. 
Undead Rogues and Warlocks are also very ideal. I plan on making an Undead Warlock in the future.
Rouge or hunter.
Undead hunters can already tame undead pets they don’t need the tomb.
Undead rouges are just cool, especially the female stab animation.
