Best server to level on?

I was looking to server change so I could have a better time leveling (more people that aren’t max level).

I’d have a look at Whitemane for Alliance. There seems to be a thriving community at all levels of the game.

Overall, this has been an amazing start to WoW Classic, and something I didn’t think would be possible this late in the game. There were more than 120 people in guild online, mostly leveling, when I logged off to sleep last night.
