Returning player here trying to find a good community.
Currently my alliance toons are all on Sargeras but I was thinking of trying realm swapping to see if I can find a better community/more active guilds. I am not seeing a ton so far but I could just be logging on at odd hours.
Any recommendations?

Realm doesn’t really matter anymore, you can group with people from different realms and do content together. Also Sargeras has a pretty active dueling community in WM on Goldshire. You should visit and see if you like it or not.
Rated bgs, arenas if I find the right group to climb, world PvP
Realms matter very little since battlegroups were all removed. But it has been proven that the server grouping algorithms still exist to some extent, so you will see it work that way still some. But Tich Ally still the best. That was BG9. You can join guilds from different realms now too.

Tich Alli is saturated and the wpvp is dead.
Wpvp is more active in rp servers.
No I see WPvP all the time. I do it often. Well it’s actually just now raid groups ganking solo players but…..it sometimes is super active. Too much instant cast flight stuff and all that.
Where does it take place? I never run into it.
Just in the new zones people fighting for crates or when someone ganks a leveler then they call their friends to come and help. Other than the new zones though it doesn’t seem to be that common.
Old World zones that have Overlord objectives are poppin basically every night since the keeps come up for grabs at 9pm est. If you get the addon, you’ll need to be in the in game community to share data and can always ask if a group is running.
