Thematically and lorewise, Blood Elves and Humans make the best Death Knights.

Humans more so, since they have been the core of every generation of Death Knight.

Pandas.

Because as I’ve always said, the only good panda, is a dead panda.

That’s why my only panda toon is a pandaren DK.

Trolls. Z trolls look great in plate, and clearly I do too. Z trolls racials are great and berserking isn’t bad either

dare to be different, go with Nightborne, Highmountain Tauren, or Mag’har Orc or Zandalari Troll

I think the mount speed racial from Maghar stacks with the DK class buff.

I have a Blood Elf DK because of pre-nerf arcane torrent. I am currently considering changing to a brown Orc due to the mount speed.

Vulpera is clearly the only viable choice. We are both intimidating and adorable!

I primarily play Alliance too and I generally like Mulgore/Highmountain Tauren and Darkspear Trolls.

Just don’t expect helmets to look good. But if you don’t care about helm transmogs, they’re always a good choice.

personally i’m fond of my tauren DK. something just feels “right” about this massive wall of death and destruction.

Mine was goblin, mostly for the lilac hair. But I think you can get that on all female gobbo’s now.
Female goblins are badass.

Because of how good night fae is for dks I would say go night elf or Tauren xD they fit the best thematically

Trolls fit better for night fae, bwonsamdi and the troll after live reside in ardenweald, and trolls believe in reincarnation

blood elf. i don’t play horde but every horde DK i know is blood elf because their racial synergies better with our resource system than with any other class

If you want to tank, play mainly Blood DK, Vulpera, our racial = first attack what enemies do to you, you take 5% reduce damage base on your health, good for Mythic+, where other tanks would get 1 tapped, Vulpera may live with that damage reduction … + We have Fluffy tails !!!

You right. I mean I’m going necrolord since it’s abilities look cool and shadowhuntery for my rogue as well as being amazing but i would’ve gone night fae if the ability is better

I’m going night fae on this guy, protecting loa and all that plus the aesthetic. Don’t know where my dk is going to be yet might be ardenweald idk, she was a sylvanas loyalist and isn’t a good troll so ardenweald doesn’t really fit her, I’m probably gonna wait and see what gets nerfed and buffed before I choose most of my alts covenants
