Pandas obviously 
I always liked the novelty of the pandaren mage being able to understand the majority of your faction’s languages.
Is there a particular spec you’re going for. Or just looking for player preferences?
Troll if you’re purely after performance.
Female trolls have some nice mogs.
Nightborne is probably balanced here. Requires less work to make use of the racial sim. Very nice tmogs but will require some colour coordination.
Blood Elf is just popular for the look but doesn’t simulate as high as the other two. Skin matches most mogs pretty well.
Goblins are pretty high for frost mage and heritage armour looks dope on females.
Orc for the racial.
Undead for the looks.
