Use: ??? (3 Min Cooldown
(basically gives u random 2ndary stat bonus which means burst

And Medallion (+52 agi and remove CC)

Badge (+79 haste and increase AGI bi 139 on USE) (1 min cD)
and Medallion for the (40% Vers set bonus)

Inscrutable Quantum Device shares a cooldown with the Medallion (one of the possible IQD effects is a CC break), so Iā€™d go with the two set of PvP trinkets.
