I plan on leveling a warrior just to use legendaries to farm old raids and such. Is it better to stop at 110 or 115?
115 since that’s the cap for Legiondaries. Curious plan though, at 120 bosses die much quicker than at any other level.

Since nobody here is actually answering your question/knows enough to answer your question.
Level 111 is the best level for twinking for old raids. Basically what you’re looking for is the highest amount of secondary stats (Haste) that you can get. At 111 you have access to BFA gems for haste, along with the highest amount of secondary scaling.
This player has one of the best speed twinks I’ve seen, but as of right now he’s in his leech/versa build for world pvp. I’d ask him any questions regarding speed twinking.
110 is better for world pvp, but 111 is best for old raids.
115 loses about 25% of your secondaries in the same gear as a 111, so no. 115 is the worst level for twinking.

Interesting, thank you for correcting me. I didn’t know lv 111 was a good twink lvl, since I thought it would be like 115 for Legiondaries or 119 lol.

No problem. Rule of thumb is, the lower you can acquire a set of gear, the better it will impact your performance.
Level 110s have the highest scaling potential of 110s-119s, but they don’t gain +50 stats from BFA gems like people 111-119. They only get +10 stats.
Level 111s have slightly worse scaling potential, but can get the gems, which makes them the best for PVE.
At 111, +50 stats would give about 1% secondary stats, where at 115 +50 would give about .5%. If the gems worked properly at 110, you’d probably get 1.5-2% per gem.

Can you use the party sync and go down to level 111 just for old raids, so you can equip and use legendaries?
