Best guess it will take ~45 days for the average player to reach lvl60

The conversation at hand is about the game being harder. It’s not. No one is ‘moving goalposts’.

This thread is now about semantics. Let’s do this thing! :muscle::weight_lifting_man::weight_lifting_woman::weight_lifting_man:‍♂

Casuals: once naxx is cleared and all the hardcore raiders leave in 8 months.

It will be nice around Azeroth then, won’t it?

Folks seem pretty hungry for wPvP… I guess we’ll see!

Ahh so you are slow. Yeah champ I don’t have those leet Classic need skills like you.

Classic is just Wow-lite, and the leveling is just as easy and much linear than retail.

But what would you know, you’re just a classic fanboy.

Also, you sound like a muppet.

No. What you said that everyone objected to is about dying while leveling in Vanilla – something that is clearly and obviously much harder to avoid.

Now you are talking about dps rotation complexity which has zero to do with that.

Lol Classic Fan boy? Nah child… I’m a Wotlk Fanboy… that was a good time, Classes felt right… DK are trash but I like WOTLK.

Now you on the other hand…You have nothing from Vanilla, you are a baby… Big fat cry baby. You should not be talking about classic if you don’t have time invested in it… like others.

Also, how can I sound like something… when you can’t hear my voice? This is typing… You you mental?

90% of statistics given online are made up at least 50% of the time.

Lmao you’re a riot. I’ve played since release champ. And I’ll be playing my Vanilla toon later. In retail, the real Vanilla.

This Classic reboot is just Wow-lite, retail without the expansions. Keep your delusions real though, good luck with that.

And you sound like muppet because they way you write, reminds me of Gonzo trying to sell his side show.

If memory serves, my very first 60 took me about 10 days played (this was around patch 1.8). I think with my experience and add-ons, I can get that down to ~7 days. I find it really unlikely that I’ll be able to get in more than 2 hours playtime per day now, so I’m looking at 84+ days. Which makes me both sad and happy.

Now I won’t argue if you want to label Classic as ‘WoW-lite.’ Don’t matter.

But Blizzard, the Community and Community sites all use the term ‘vanilla’ to refer to pre expansion WoW. Retail WoW is not Vanilla.

Definitions are never right or wrong, only useful and not useful. If you want to redefiine something, then make it useful. Seeing as the term already has an accepted use, then I am betting your redefinition effort will fail. GL.

But Kindwolf is a man child… he wont understand this.:frowning:

it took me 5 months, to be fair. I don’t think the OP is talking about /played time, he’s talking about how many IRL days pass. I think he’s probably more right than you think.

Ya, The OP is talking about RL time… Teefu…well… ya…

yeah because World of Warcraft totally didn’t change at all when Activision took over and changed everything
makes sense. you can be a fan of both, but do not pretend Activision’s World of Warcraft is no different than the people who made the original WoW, reading a bit of history of the original WoW devs is interesting but theyre long gone or out of power since the first expansion

It is what it is. Classic is a reboot. Retail is the real Vanilla, the original game.

The rogue is the only one crying about semantics. Although he’s probably not even sharp enough to understand that concept.

Why are you not in Warfronts leveling up that neck you have to 60?
Get back on the retail grind fanboy.

Listen, I’m no fan of that poster either, but you missed something important in his Legacy PvP achievements.
